Refund policy

All sales are final unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item (e.g., stains, tears, or holes on new pieces) or the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for items ordered in the incorrect size. Detailed sizing information or recommended sizes for various styles are provided for each product to assist with your purchase.

In cases where an exception is made, store credit will be issued. Thank you for understanding as we are a small business with limited availability to each item! 

 Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are ready to ship unless they are a custom order or stated within the listing! Most custom orders will ship within two weeks! 

Estimated shipping times

United States: 3-5 business days for in stock items

All Items in our Buffalo Royalty Collection ship from our out of state warehouse and take about 7-10 days to ship!

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them! 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
